The workflow request form helps HYBRID WAYSS LLC assess your request and contact you about it.

What the form collects

Your name, email, business details, the workflow you describe, the tools involved, authority limits, desired outcome, consent, and a submission reference. Please do not include credentials, private customer records, financial account details, or confidential documents.

How it is used

To review feasibility and scope, respond to you, and maintain a record of the request and its review state. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing or authorize access to your business systems.

Storage and access

Requests are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessed through restricted administrative tools. This form does not automatically send your submission to an AI model or publish it. Cloudflare also processes network information to deliver and secure the site. The intake stores short-lived, hashed network identifiers and email hashes for abuse prevention.

Retention

Unaccepted requests are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Accepted engagements may require separate records and retention terms, agreed during scoping. Security rate-limit records expire after their abuse-prevention window.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your submitted information using the privacy request form. Include your original request reference if you have it. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

No payment or tracking enrollment

This intake does not collect payment information. These pages do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. A local, session-only identifier helps prevent duplicate submissions; form contents are not stored in browser storage.
